What to expect when I negotiate your real estate transaction

When you are my client, I prepare for negotiations on your behave by first having a depth of understanding of what is important to YOU. My goal is for you to feel very good about the final terms of the transaction. I pursue negotiations with tenacity, determination and a cool head, and I always keep my clients needs in mind. Many steps of the transaction are time sensitive and I will ensure none of your rights are forfeited due to an overlooked deadline.

When representing you as a buyer, I will prepare the offer to purchase contract after we have found the best home for you. There is much to consider, and protecting you is my main concern. There are many potential pit-falls that I ensure won't be a problem for you. Examples of issues to consider when drafting the offer are price, closing cost assistance, contingences, appraisal, home inspection, lead paint, condition of the house, conveyances, site survey, and financing. Once the offer is presented to the seller's representative, communications with myself and the seller's representative happen quickly and usually the initial terms of the agreement are settled within days. I will keep you informed of all details during the negotiations with the seller's representative, and I will advise every step of the way.
