What to expect when I negotiate your real estate transaction
When you are my client, I prepare for negotiations on your behave by first having a depth of
understanding of what is important to YOU. My goal is for you to feel very good about the final
terms of the transaction. I pursue negotiations with tenacity, determination and a cool head, and
I always keep my clients needs in mind. Many steps of the transaction are time sensitive and I will
ensure none of your rights are forfeited due to an overlooked deadline.
When representing you as a seller, I will prepare for negotiations by performing a thorough comparative
market analysis to fully justify the listing price of your home. Also, I will discuss with you topics
such as your financial expectations of the deal, appraisal requirements, your timeline for the sale,
contingences, and conveyances. The negotiations can start with the initial inquiry from a potential buyer's
representative, where I point out the positive aspects of your home and potential terms of the transaction.
I will receive and present to you all offers and advise you on the response pros & cons, every step of the way.
I will represent you and make your needs clear to the buyer's representative. I ensure all parties involved
in the transaction are well informed and that all deadlines are met.
